Fiona Aurelia Culas is a dual-qualified legal practitioner with experience in both the Malaysian and English legal systems. She was called to the Bar of England & Wales (Inner Temple) in 2017 and admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2018.
Fiona obtained her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B. Hons.) from the University of Liverpool, following a transfer programme with Brickfields Asia College. She completed the Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC) at BPP Law School, where she was actively involved in advocacy training, mooting, and pro bono projects.
Her professional journey includes valuable experience with chambers and firms in both the UK and Malaysia. Notably, she completed a mini-pupillage with Kings Chambers in Leeds after winning the BPTC Company Prize and participated in the Inner Temple Marshalling Scheme at Newcastle Crown Court. Fiona has also contributed to several pro bono initiatives, including the Criminal Appeals Project and the Social Security Tribunal Shadowing Scheme.
Since joining Andy & Co in 2017, Fiona has progressed from intern to pupil and is now a practicing Legal Associate. Her work spans a range of legal matters, with a strong commitment to excellence, ethics, and client-focused service.
